Prepare well
Resources
Guidance to help you produce a strong, compliant submission. Formats and limits are set by the Official Competition Brief.
Submission checklist
- Board count, sizes and file limits exactly as set out in the Official Competition Brief.
- Site location, country, climate note and site source stated.
- Submitted material checked for names, logos, portraits and watermarks.
- All declarations signed, including publication consent.
- Eligibility evidence uploaded and accepted by the secretariat.
Anonymity guidance
Export your PDF with document metadata cleared, name the file with your anonymous code only, and remove template footers that carry an institution or practice name. A single visible logo is enough to make an entry non-compliant.
Official documents
Templates, format specifications and declaration wording are published with the Official Competition Brief. Prepare against the approved documents only; nothing on this website overrides them.
Writing about your proposal
Lead with the community need and the site evidence, then the climate strategy, then buildability. Assessors consider what is demonstrated in the drawings, so written material should point to them rather than replace them.
