Your data
Privacy notice
How the AUA Commission for Women collects, uses and protects personal data for this programme.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, country, division and date of birth.
- Eligibility evidence: identity and student or professional documents.
- Submission data: boards, images, statements and declarations.
- Technical data: timestamps and audit logs needed to run the competition fairly.
How we use it
Personal data is used to verify eligibility, administer anonymous assessment, communicate with entrants and publish recognised projects with consent. Identity evidence is restricted to the secretariat, is never shown to jurors, editors or partners, and document numbers are masked after verification.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Partners and sponsors receive aggregate participation statistics only, never entrant contact details or evidence files.
Retention and your rights
Evidence files are retained only as long as needed to administer and audit the cycle. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of publication consent or deletion by writing to info@auacw.org.
