How to enter

1. Create your account

Register with your email address and confirm it. Choose your division and your AUA member country, and complete your entrant profile. Date of birth is not collected: there is no age limit.

2. Upload eligibility evidence

• Student evidence: current student ID or a dated institutional letter.
• Professional evidence: registration or membership card, an employer or practice letter, or a professional CV.
• Evidence is reviewed privately by the secretariat and is never seen by jurors.

3. Register your entry or team

Create an entry and receive your anonymous code. If you are entering as a team, invite 2–4 women; every member must verify separately and may appear in only one submitted entry.

4. Prepare your submission

Board counts, sizes, file formats, word limits and declarations are confirmed in the Official Competition Brief. The upload fields in your dashboard match the approved brief exactly, so prepare against the brief and nothing else.

5. Submit and confirm

Save drafts as often as you need. Final submission requires all declarations to be signed. You receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt with your anonymous code and a server timestamp. Late submissions cannot be accepted.

6. After the deadline

Entries pass technical and eligibility review, then anonymous jury assessment. Results are announced in January 2027 and all entrants are notified by email. The exact date is confirmed by the Competition Committee.
